In 2005, Glencoe Foundation founded Operation Cleft and then joined with Rotary Club of Box Hill Central to raise funds for cleft operations in Bangladesh.

From May 2008 Operation Cleft has been administered solely by Rotary Club of Box Hill Central. This has enabled Glencoe Foundation to launch its new project.
